This is a neat little hat.
Dating from the 1950's, it is made from cotton velvet in off-white. A wired frame, it is a close fitting piece with neat shaping and is meant to sit on the top of your head. It has two large bows in the front and is a really pretty piece.

Because of the shape, it will work on up to a 22" head

Very good with just two minor points to note;
