This charming little piece was produced in the 1930's or 1940's.
It features little balls in pastel pink and blue with a surround of pearlised points. The balls are sort of shiny and slightly rough to the touch, hard to describe them but it looks like they're covered with sugar.
Great on a lapel and the perfect finishing touch for a vintage outfit.
