This dress was made in the 1970's in a 1940's style.

Made from a beautifully soft brushed cotton it has the classic styling of the 1940's. A close fitting bodice with gathered bust detail, neat little sleeves, v-neck and a full skirt it is a wonderful piece.

It is labelled, although I can't make out the maker, and carries care instructions which date it to the 1970's. A charming print in blue, white and burgundy print, you can have the 1940's look with the ease of machine washing.
