This teeny little topper hat is a great finishing touch to your vintage outfit.
Made in the 1940's it is made from coarse straw which has been woven into a neat little hat with a shallow crown and teeny brim. A simple piece it has a velvet trim and a small cluster of flowers.

Condition
Fair with some points to note;
- there are some nibbles on the edges of brim
- rust marks on the flowers
