Charming little vintage brooch.
Most likely a tourist piece bought in Germany or Switzerland, this cute brooch features a cream pearlized plastic hat which has a gold painted feather trim and there is a pair of boots hanging from the clasp. Would look great on a vintage knit or the lapel of a jacket.

Very good. There are the remains of some writing on the hat - probably the town it was bought - and the chain holding the boots looks to be a replacement.
