This great little nurses apron is made from crisp white cotton and belonged to a nurse called Clare Silk, as can be seen from the name printed on the inner waist.
Simple construction with no fastening as it would have been pinned to the required size.

Waist 30" - but you'll need to be smaller than this as the apron goes over a dress
Top bib width 10 1/2"
Bib height 12 1/2"
Waistband width 2"
Apron skirt length 32"
Apron skirt fullness at hem 46.5"
Condition
Good. Has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear. Points to note;
- 5mm wear where the skirt and bib meet
- dark mark in the centre skirt, see photo
