This fabulous jacket is not in perfect condition so please read the description carefully to ensure you're happy with the issues before purchasing.
This fabulously stylish jacket was made in the 1940's.
Made from dark brown cotton twill it is double breasted, fastening with 14 covered buttons. It has a scalloped collar and hem, which is raised in the front. It is unlined.
Measurements
The jacket will best fit a 35" bust but to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;
Flat bust 18"
Flat waist 13"
Shoulders between sleeves 15.5"
Underarm sleeve length 16"
Flat bicep 6"
Neck to waist 16.5"
Neck to hem 27"
Condition
Wounded but wearable with the following points to note;
- white mark on the left sleeve, and the sleeve has been turned up to cover more white marks
- underarm discolouration
- slight seam stress in the back
- some self marks, which are seem in some lights and not others
Still totally wearable and priced to reflect the issues. In perfect condition it would be more than double the price.
